Beautiful Maidens
Sweet prevails the memory
in the August winter
of my mind
flurry still the trees breathe
In the garden life dust
White in the morning glow
Pause for the building to arrive
of two beautiful maidens
Mom prepared
Dad waiting in strain
dressed in doctors’ garment
a cover on mouth and head
They finally there
tightly wrapped around
delight grandma’s
Grandpa with his coat
hold both manikins
They became striking
naked the dance
Bushman children
on the bathroom floor
rejoice in freedom
of course, exercising.
Self-taught and very wise
had to leave Pa and Mom
Peasant music to sleep
to help, many schools back and forth
sometimes without hope.
Fortunately, both very clever
Well in high standard
with other plagues and despair
The guys are starting to confuse
and every novel goes on
